Orogen Gold Plc (AIM:ORE), the AIM listed mineral exploration company focussed on gold exploration and development in eastern Europe, announces that copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011 have been sent to shareholders along with the Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”).
