Orogen Gold plc is a UK public company quoted on the London Stock Exchange AIM market (ticker: ORE). The company’s investment strategy is focused on mineral exploration and production in Europe.

The Company is incorporated in England & Wales and its business is managed from London and Dublin.

The Deli Jovan gold exploration project in Serbia is the Company’s main operational project – refer to Projects section of the website for more details.

Strategy

The Board’s strategy for the Company is to develop a number of mineral exploration and production projects in Europe and beyond.

The directors of Orogen Gold have significant geological and corporate expertise gained by working on mineral exploration and production projects worldwide and are connected to an extensive international network of senior advisors in exploration, mining, commercial operations and financing. Through these contacts, the Board believes that Orogen Gold will have access to a pipe-line of gold project exploration and development opportunities in Europe and elsewhere.

The Company changed its name to Orogen Gold plc (from MedaVinci plc) in March 2011. The Company holds an investment in Emotion Fitness, a Hungarian Gym business. This business no longer fits with the Board’s stated strategy and accordingly the Company is seeking a purchaser for this business.
