Director’s Dealings and Holdings in Company

The Company announces that it has received notification that, on 30 April 2012, Wilton International Marketing Limited transferred 39,250,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each to Adam Reynolds and 39,250,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each to Paul Foulger for nil consideration.

Adam Reynolds, non executive Director of the Company, is interested in 50 per cent. of the issued share capital of Wilton International Marketing Limited, with the remaining 50 per cent. being held by Paul Foulger, Company Secretary of Orogen.

Subsequent to the transfer noted above, on 30 April 2012, Adam Reynolds sold 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each at a price of 0.95 pence per share and Paul Foulger sold 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p at a price of 0.95 pence per share.

Following the transactions noted above, Adam Reynolds and Paul Foulger are interested in the following number of ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company:

*Adam Reynolds is interested in 50 per cent. of the issued share capital of Wilton International Marketing Limited. Paul Foulger is interested in 50 per cent. of the issued share capital of Wilton International Marketing Limited.

**Adam Reynolds is interested in 50 per cent. of the issued share capital of Diablo Consulting Limited. Paul Foulger is interested in 50 per cent. of the issued share capital of Diablo Consulting Limited.
